		<description>This seems to be a definite growing trend. I&#039;m from CT and there is a chain of retail stores over on this coast called Best Cellars (not sure of their nationwide coverage). A large portion of that store is categorized by style over varietal, region, etc.

I was actually at the Olive Garden the other day too (please don&#039;t hold that against me, I promise I only ordered a Blue Moon, visiting a friend) and their wine list is categorized by style.

Personally, I think things should be organized by region. I understand that style can be a very buyer friendly way to serve the general public - but that&#039;s what the thought on categorization by varietal was originally, no?

As someone who knows something about wine, I don&#039;t want to have to sift through a million &quot;bold&quot; wines before I find one bottle of Bordeaux.</description>
